Clients: How Can I Contact My Professional?

Due to security regulations, it isn’t possible to contact professionals directly through the Kara Connect platform.

After booking or completing a session, you may need to get in touch with your professional.

📞 Please note: Kara Connect doesn’t currently offer a built-in messaging feature. To contact your professional, you’ll need to reach out to them directly via phone or email.

Kara Connect is a software provider. We build the platform professionals use to manage clients and conduct sessions, but we don’t manage or control their availability, schedules, or response times.

How to Find Your Professional’s Email Address

For privacy and security reasons, professionals’ email addresses aren’t publicly visible.

However, if you’ve booked a session, you can find their email address in your booking confirmation email.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your email account (for example, Gmail or Outlook).

  2. Look for the email with the subject line: New session booked with [Professional’s Name] @ [Date of Appointment].

  3. Open the email and scroll to the bottom.

  4. Find the line that says: If you are not able to attend the session, please contact your specialist here.

  5. Click on the word “here.”

  6. A new email window addressed to your professional will open.

  7. Type your message and click Send

💡 Tip: Even though the message says “If you are not able to attend the session,” you can use this link to reach out to your professional for any question or concern, not just cancellations.

Do I Need to Contact My Professional to Cancel a Session?

No. You don’t need to contact your professional directly to cancel or modify a session. You can manage this directly from your Kara Connect account.
