This page explains what data is collected when you use Kara Connect, and what information your employer can – or cannot – see. Our goal is to make you feel confident that your bookings and activity remain private.

Your employer will NOT see:

  • Who has booked a session

  • Any details shared with the professional before, during, or after a session

  • What service was booked

Your employer WILL see:

  • Total number of bookings for the company

  • A graph showing how many credits employees have used


🤝 Professionals Alliance

Your employer will NOT see:

  • Your responses in the alliance questionnaire

  • Individual professionals’ scores

Your employer WILL see:

  • An average alliance score for employees with their professionals


📊 Wellbeing Index

Your employer will NOT see:

  • Your individual score from the WHO-5 questionnaire

  • Any information about your wellbeing or mental state

Your employer WILL see:

  • Aggregated scores for employees who have completed the questionnaire more than three times


✨ Request a Service from a Professional

Your employer will NOT see:

  • Who requested a service

  • Which professional was requested

  • The type of professional requested

Your employer WILL see:

  • That a session was booked once a request is resolved – no other details

Your employer will NOT see:

  • Names or identities of employees registered or attending a webinar

Your employer WILL see:

  • How many employees registered

  • The categories the webinar focuses on


📚 Content, Articles & Videos

Your employer will NOT see:

  • Which content, articles, or videos you’ve viewed or read

Your employer WILL see:

  • Statistics about how many employees have viewed content in specific categories
