A Guide to Accessing and Navigating Your Manager’s Dashboard

The newly-developed Managers Dashboard enables you as the manager to track usage, engagement, and overall effectiveness of the services provided through your Wellbeing Hub, along with important insights and reports.

As a HR manager or company leader, managing the health and wellbeing of your employees is very important.

Your company’s Wellbeing Hub provides a valuable resource that your employees can use to book sessions with experienced and accredited professionals, track improvements in their Wellbeing, and engage in self-help through the On Demand Content Hub.

The newly-developed Managers Dashboard enables you as the manager to track usage, engagement, and overall effectiveness of the services provided through your Wellbeing Hub, along with important insights and reports.

In this article, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to access the Manager’s Dashboard and show you how to make the most of the two tabs available in the Dashboard: Manager and Reports.

Step 1: Logging into the Manager’s Dashboard

Accessing your Manager’s Dashboard is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your own Kara Connect account: Use your credentials (email and password) to log in to your account (click here).
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard: Once logged in, locate the Manager’s Dashboard icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click on this icon to enter the Manager's Dashboard.

Once you're in, you'll find two key tabs that provide vital information about your Wellbeing Hub usage and engagement

Step 2: Understanding the Two Key Tabs

1. Manager Tab

In the Manager tab, you’ll be able to access and view the following information about your Wellbeing Hub:

  • Contract Period: See the duration of your current Wellbeing Hub contract.

  • Sessions Used: This shows how many sessions have been completed by your employees so far.

  • Sessions Allocated: The total number of sponsored sessions still remaining to employees.

  • Budget Controls: Gain an overview of your company's budget and how it is being utilised within the Wellbeing Hub.

  • Credits Per Employee: View how many sponsored credits are available to each employee on average (as per the contract).

This tab will give you a strong overview of the current state of your Wellbeing Hub.

2. Reports Tab

The Reports tab is where you can gain deeper insights into how your employees are engaging with the Wellbeing Hub. This tab is divided into two key areas:

A. Usage & Engagement

This section provides a comprehensive view of how the Wellbeing Hub is being utilised within your organisation. Here, you can find the following important metrics:

  • Booked Sessions: Track the number of sessions employees have booked, so you can see what kinds of support they are seeking most frequently.

  • Average Rating: See how employees have rated their experience using the Wellbeing Hub. This can provide insights into employee satisfaction and areas for improvement from Kara Connect's perspective (always feel welcome to reach out to your Customer Success Manager in this regard).

  • Booking Utilisation Rate: This shows the percentage of active employees who have made at least one booking. It's an important indicator of engagement and the overall usage of the Wellbeing Hub.

  • Sponsored Credits vs. Self-Paid Sessions: Find out how many sessions have been paid for through sponsored credits (provided by your company) versus those where employees have paid the professional themselves.

  • Breakdown of Sponsored Credits Used Per Employee: This shows you how many credits each employee who has made one or more bookings has used.

  • Online vs. In-Place Sessions: Understand how employees are accessing the Wellbeing Hub - whether through online (remote) sessions or in-person appointments.

B. Employee Wellbeing

The Employee Wellbeing section provides insights into your workforce’s overall wellbeing, allowing you to focus on areas where support may be needed most. Key metrics include:

  • Wellbeing Index: This overall score reflects the health and wellness of your employees, based on a survey they complete before their first session and which they complete on an ongoing basis as their therapy continues.

  • Professional Alliance: This feature helps to track the relationships being developed between your employees and the professionals with whom they engage through the Hub.

  • Wellbeing Profile: View the aggregated wellbeing profile of your employees, identifying the common booking trends and focus areas.

  • Employee Focus Areas: Discover specific wellbeing topics or issues that your employees are focusing on through their Wellbeing Hub.

  • Top Booked Job Titles: See which types of professionals are being booked through your Wellbeing Hub as per their job titles.

Step 3: Utilising Filters for Better Insights

Both the Usage & Engagement and Employee Wellbeing sections offer filters that allow you to view data over different time periods. This is helpful if you want to track changes in employee engagement or wellbeing over time. You can filter data by:

  • Month
  • Quarter
  • Year
  • All Time

Using these filters, you can compare the effectiveness of the Wellbeing Hub's services and initiatives across different periods and see how trends evolve.

Conclusion

The Manager’s Dashboard is a powerful tool for HR managers and company leaders, providing key insights into the usage, engagement, and overall effectiveness of your company’s Wellbeing Hub.
