Professionals: How to change / reassign 'Request Services' to a new Professional

This article will show you how to assign requested sessions to different professionals in your Kara Connect Account.

Please note that this only applies to 'On Request" for Sessions and NOT to "Booked" Sessions.

 

In Kara Connect, we want to ensure that when a consumer/client requests services from a professional of their choosing, they are able to avail of that professional's services. However, we understand that there are times when a professional who is "Requested" may not be available but there may be other professionals available to provide a service.


In this instance, the only way to re-assign a professional is by doing the following:

1. Accept the Request (here, you can add a message saying that you will assign a new professional to the request - please see below).



2. Go to the Clients section in your Kara Connect account to find the most recent client added.

Sort by date and then click on the client's name to open their profile.

 




3. Inside the client's record, go to +Add new connection with Pro.

4. Here you will see the list of professionals connected to your clinic. Select the one you will be booking them with and then click Confirm.


5. You can then create a session for this client with the new professional.
