Wellbeing Hub Clients: Clients Booking Management Feature

This article explains how clients can manage and modify their bookings directly from their client dashboard.

To this end, we have developed and improved the Client Booking Management system.

What are the Benefits of Client Booking Management?

    • Saves time by not having to contact the professional to modify or cancel a session
    • Improved client experience by offering a more convenient and user-friendly booking system

What is Client Booking Management?

Previously, if you needed to modify a session, you would have to contact the professional directly via email or phone, which increased administrative workload and created friction and complexity when the focus should be on improving clients' wellbeing.

Now, not only do clients get access to an amazing network of professionals to book sessions through our Wellbeing Hubs program, but they can also reschedule and get more control and flexibility, while reducing administrative work for everyone involved.

Please note that every professional may have different cancellation term lengths and requirements relating to cancellations and/ or no shows. You may be liable to get charged for late cancellations and no shows.

Under the Wellbeing Hub Programme, users must adhere to a minimum cancellation policy of 24 hours in advance of the session start time and date. In the event of a cancellation outside this period, the User shall be liable to cover the cost of the session as per the contract terms.
