Clients: How do I book a session with a professional.

In this article, you will learn how to book a session with a professional through Kara Connect. We will also address common FAQs to provide you with all the information you need.

Kara Connect is a platform that professionals use to effectively manage their clinical services. It also serves as a solution for companies to provide their employees with access to a wide range of professional services.

If you are looking to book a session with a professional, Kara Connect offers various options to facilitate this process. It's important to note that Kara Connect itself does not handle the actual booking, but rather assists in connecting you with the professional and streamlining the booking process.


There are 3 options to Book a professional:

1- You find your Professional and his/her services online and you are trying to book directly with them.
2- You where invited to a session using the Kara Connect platform and you already have a relationship with your professional (Maybe you book with them in the past)
3- You are an employee of a company that provided you with our Wellbeing Hubs Solution. 

 

1- You find your Professional and his/her services online and you are trying to book directly with them.

Request a service from a professional or a clinic

If the professional or clinic you want to book a session with has given you a link, either through email or on their website, you can click on the link to access a form where you can fill out and confirm your request for their service.

Once your request has been accepted, you will receive an email from Kara. Following that, the professional will reach out to you to find a mutually convenient time for the session 👏

 

2- You where invited to a session using the Kara Connect platform and you already have a relationship with your professional (Maybe you book with them in the past)

a) You are already connected to a professional through Kara and would like to schedule a new session with that professional 

If you are already connected to a professional through Kara and would like to schedule another session with them, simply reach out to them via email or phone.

The email address of the professional can be found on the left side of your dashboard in Kara.

b) Have you received an invite to Kara from a professional? 


To access the invite sent by the professional, please check your email inbox. Click on the link provided in the email to complete the setup of your account. Once the account setup is finished, you will be directed to your dashboard where you can manage your sessions and appointments.

3- You are an employee of a company that provided you with our Wellbeing Hubs Solution. 

If you and your company are participating in our Wellbeing Hubs Programme you should have access to your Wellbeing Hub where you will find all the professionals available to place your next session. If you don't know where to find your access please contact your HR Team within your organisation to get access.

 

Common FAQs

Do you have a Kara Connect app?

At this time, Kara Connect does not have a mobile app available. However, we highly recommend using Kara Connect on a computer for the optimal user experience, most specifically on the latest version of Google Chrome.

 

Does Kara Connect manage and can assist me to place a booking?

No, Kara Connect is a solution used by professionals and companies to access clinical and professional services. If you want to place a booking with a professional please read the article above to find out the right option for you.

 

Can I change or modify my booking in Kara Connect?

IF you are an employee of a company participating on our Wellbeing Hubs programme, Yes, you can modify your booking.

IF you are a direct client of a professional, you may need to contact the professional directly via email/phone to make any changes or modifications to your booking.
