In this article, you’ll learn how to book a session with a professional through Kara Connect. We’ll also cover common FAQs to give you all the information you need.

Kara Connect is a platform that professionals use to manage their clinical and professional services. It also enables organizations to provide employees with access to a wide range of wellness and therapeutic services.

If you’re looking to book a session with a professional, Kara Connect offers several ways to get started. It’s important to note that Kara Connect itself does not manage the bookings directly. Instead, it connects you with professionals and simplifies the booking process.

🧭 Three Ways to Book a Professional

1️⃣ You found your professional and want to book directly

Request a service from a professional or a clinic

If the professional or clinic you wish to book with has shared a link (via email or on their website), simply click the link to access the service request form.

Once you’ve submitted your request, you’ll receive an email from Kara Connect confirming that your request has been received. The professional will then reach out to you to schedule a convenient time for your session 👏

2️⃣ You were invited to a session through Kara Connect

If you already have a relationship with your professional or have booked with them in the past, there are two possibilities:

a) You’re already connected through Kara Connect and want to schedule a new session

If you’re already connected to your professional, simply reach out to them by email or phone.

You can find their contact details on the left side of your dashboard in Kara Connect.

b) You received an invitation from your professional

Check your email inbox for an invite from Kara Connect. Click the link in the email to complete your account setup. Once done, you’ll be redirected to your dashboard where you can manage your sessions and appointments.

3️⃣ You’re an employee using your company’s Wellbeing Hub

If your company is participating in Kara Connect’s Wellbeing Hubs Programme, you’ll have access to your organization’s Wellbeing Hub. Here, you can browse available professionals and book your next session.

If you’re unsure how to access your Wellbeing Hub, please contact your HR team within your organization for assistance.

Do you have a Kara Connect app?

Not at this time. Kara Connect does not have a mobile app available. For the best experience, we recommend using Kara Connect on a computer with the latest version of Google Chrome.

 

Does Kara Connect manage bookings or assist with scheduling?

No. Kara Connect is a platform used by professionals and organizations to facilitate access to services. If you want to make a booking, please refer to the steps above to determine which method applies to you.

 

 

Can I change or modify my booking in Kara Connect?

  • If you’re an employee using the Wellbeing Hubs Programme, yes — you can modify your booking directly from your account.

  • If you’re a direct client of a professional, you may need to contact them directly by email or phone to make any changes.
