Clients: How can I contact my professional?

If you have questions about a past or future session, you need to contact your professional directly.

After booking or completing a session with a professional, you may have questions regarding:

- Questionnaires 

- General session queries

- Payments

- Times or scheduling sessions

- Cancellations 

- Other general questions

 

Please contact your professional directly via phone call or email.

 

How can I find my professional's email address?

When you book a session with a professional, you will receive a session confirmation email (if it's not in your main inbox, please check your junk or spam folder).

In this email, you will be able to see a section at the bottom which states:

"If you are not able to attend the session, please contact your specialist here." (as per the image below).


When you click "here", it will prompt you to create an email to the professional within your email system (Gmail, MS Outlook, etc) as per the GIF below.

Find your session and your professional's email address in your Client Dashboard.

If you have already booked or completed a session through Kara Connect before, you will then already have a client account.

You will be able to find your Professional's email address in your Client Dashboard by following the steps below:

1. Access your client account by using your email address and password.

2. Find your professional.

3. Copy the professional's email address, as per the GIF below.

You can use this to contact your professional directly.

 

Notifications 

For more information about your client Kara Connect account, please see here.

There are times when professionals may send you a questionnaire or information. We recommend reviewing if there are any notifications in your dashboard that you may have missed.

1. Access your client account by using your email and password.

2. Expand the Notifications section on the left-hand side of the screen (if you have a red number in that section, it means that you have a notification).
