Unfortunately, there is no way to communicate with your professional through the platform, so you need to contact your professional directly via phone or email.
How can I find my professional's email address?
Due to our security regulations and privacy policy, professionals' email addresses are not publicly available. However, if you have a booked session with a professional you can find their email address in your booking confirmation email. To do so, take the following steps:
- Log into your email;
- Find the email with the subject line New session booked with [Professional's Name] @ [date of the appointment];
- Open the email and scroll down;
- Find the line at the bottom If you are not able to attend the session, please contact your specialist here;
- Click on the word here;
- An empty email to your professional will be created in a new window;
- Type your question and click Send

Please note: Even though this line says "If you are not able to attend the session, please contact your specialist here" you can use this method to contact your professional about any query you might have, even if it's not related to your attendance.
Do I have to contact my professional if I need to cancel?
You don't need to contact your professional to cancel or modify a session, you can do it directly from your account.
