Kara Connect doesn't have a built-in messaging feature, but it's easy to reach your professional directly by phone or email.
How to Find Your Professional's Email Address
For privacy and security reasons, your professional's email address is NOT shown anywhere on the Kara Connect platform. But don't worry, if you have already booked a session, you can find their email address in the booking confirmation email that was sent to you.
Here is exactly how to find it, step by step:
- Open your email account (e.g. Gmail or Outlook).
- Search for an email with the subject line: New session booked with [Professional's Name] @ [Date of Appointment].
- Open the email and scroll to the bottom.
- Find the line that reads: If you are not able to attend the session, please contact your specialist here.
Please Note: Even though the link mentions cancellations, you can use it to reach your professional about any question or concern, not just to cancel a session. - Near the bottom of the email, find the sentence that reads 'If you are not able to attend the session, please contact your specialist here.' Click the word "here" in that sentence.
- A new email window will open, already addressed to your professional.
- Write your message and click Send.
