Why Is This Happening?
Can't see your Wellbeing Hub session or booking in your Kara Connect dashboard? This is usually caused by having multiple accounts. Learn how to switch to the right account in a few simple steps:
If You Have Multiple Kara Connect Accounts
- Log in to your Kara Connect account.
- In the bottom-left corner of the screen, click on the My Profile Logo.

- A list of your accounts will appear. Select your Wellbeing Hub account.
- Your dashboard will now display the Wellbeing Hub session or booking.
