Professionals: How do I join a video session with my client?

How to Join a Video Session with Your Client

1. Log in to your Kara Connect Professional account at pro.karaconnect.com

1. You will automatically land on the Sessions tab, where your calendar is displayed.
2. Find the session on your calendar (double-check that you have selected the correct date and time).
3. Click on the session, then click the Join session button.
4. On the preview screen, check that your camera and microphone are turned on (the camera and mic icons should not have a line through them).
   • Tip: If you need to select a different camera or microphone, select your preferred microphone or camera from the dropdown.
5. Click the green Join session button again to enter the call with your client.
