How do I verify my email address?

This article shows how you can verify your email address when signing-up to use Kara Connect.

You will need to verify your email address when using Kara Connect:

As a Client: When you're invited to setup a client Kara Connect profile by your professional.

As a Client: If you book a session/request a service with a professional through your employer's Wellbeing Hub.

As a Professional: When you're setting-up your professional Kara Connect account.

 

Please take the following steps to verify your email address

1. When you're creating your account, you will need to enter your details on the sign-up page and then accept the terms and conditions.

After doing this, you will be greeted with a screen that says Email verification (see below). 

 

2. Go back to your email account and click on the email titled Verify email (if the email is not in your main inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder).

Copy the code in the email and then go back to the Email verification page.

3. Paste the code into the Email code field and then press Submit.

 

Your email verification is now complete!
