I want to report a Bug or an Issue.

Something is not working, you checked all the Troubleshooting articles to resolve your issue but the issue is still not resolved?

If you have checked our Troubleshooting Articles and your query is still not resolved you can submit a Bug Report by filling out the form below

 

Best practices to enable us to resolve your query faster:

  • Be descriptive:
    Provide us with all the relevant information about your issue, such as.
    • When the issue happens
    • What devices and browsers you are using
    • Does this happens often, sometimes, rarely
    • Is this blocking you from having a session or joining a session
    • Have you seen this issue before, it disappeared and came back?
    • Where in the product is happening, etc.
  • Upload Screenshots or video recordings
    • If you can please share any screenshots or video recordings of your screen so we can better troubleshoot the issue. 
    • You can select and upload multiple files when choosing the files to upload
