Today, October 10th, is Global Mental Health Awareness Day. In order to raise awareness and get a discussion going, I wanted to reach out and share a short email about how we can work together to ensure our mental health and support well-being in the workplace.

Within our Wellbeing Hub platform we have a range of specialists, including mental, career, family and relationships, financial and physical health professionals.
