Onboarding: Employee Survey Announcement Email Template

We created an email template that you can use to announce and encourage employees to fill out your employee survey.

It is important to understand what your team is looking for and what support they need, so we created the template below which you can use to communicate with your staff and encourage them to respond and complete the survey. 

Please note that your Customer Success Manager will send you the survey link. Feel free to use the template below to start getting responses.

I wanted to reach-out and share some exciting news about our new employee wellbeing benefit. As a company, we care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our employees and we are always looking for ways to support you.

That’s why we are partnering with Kara Connect to provide you with access to a range of professional support services. Kara Connect is a company that will provide us with a platform for sessions with a range of specialists, including mental and physical health professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to give you access to the support you need, when you need it.
