This article explains where you can find your paid and upcoming invoices for your professional subscription with Kara Connect.
Please note: Invoices for your Kara Connect Subscription are not sent via email. To access, view and download your invoices you are required to do so directly from your Workstation as explained in this article.
Please log in to your Kara Connect workstation here. Once you are logged in you can follow the steps below.
1. In the top-right corner of your Kara Connect profile, click your name and then click Settings.
2. On the left-hand side, click Subscriptions.
3. Under Billing in the top-middle of the screen, click Open billing history.
4. Here you can find both your paid and upcoming (to be paid) invoices.
You can also download your paid invoices by clicking the download symbol on the right-hand side of the paid invoice.
