This article explains how to deactivate your professional Kara Connect account.
To deactivate your account, please take the following steps:
1. Login to your professional Kara Connect account here.
2. Go to the top-right corner of your account.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click Security.
5. Click Deactivate Account (please first read the information provided carefully).
6. Click the tick box and then click Deactivate account again.
Before you deactivate your account, please take note of the following:
- Only the active Admin-Pro can reactivate your account.
- After deactivation, you will be logged-out of Kara and will not be able to log in again
- All of your clients will not see your account anymore, but information about sessions held and healthcare data will still be available.
- If you are the only admin in the clinic, you should grant administrator rights to another team member.
It is your responsibility when deactivating an account. Please note that Kara Connect is not responsible for any data loss or stored data within the account.
