Professionals: How can I submit a Credits Request for my clients?

This article explains how to request additional sponsored Wellbeing Hub credits for a client whose sessions are close to running out. This process helps avoid interruptions so your client can continue their sessions smoothly.

Note: This guide is intended for professionals using Kara Connect who are working with clients funded through a Wellbeing Hub and need to request more sponsored credits on their client’s behalf.

When should you use this form?

Use this form when you notice that your client has very few or no remaining Wellbeing Hub credits and would benefit from continuing their sessions without a break.

 

What this form is used for?

The form allows you to request that your client’s organisation consider allocating additional credits to the client’s Kara Connect account.

Important privacy information:

This request is handled anonymously.

Kara Connect will not share your client’s name or email address with their organisation.

The organisation will only be informed that one of their employees is working with a professional who has advised that additional credits may be needed.

 

Why your client’s email address is required?

Your client’s email address is required so credits can be correctly added to their Kara Connect account if the organisation approves the request.

The email address is not shared with the organisation.

 

What happens after you submit the form? 

Kara Connect will review the request and contact the client’s organisation.

If the organisation approves the request, additional credits will be added to the client’s account.

If the organisation is unable to sponsor additional credits, you may still continue sessions with the client by arranging payment directly with them.

Note: Not all organisations are able to provide additional sponsored credits. Approval depends on the organisation’s internal policies and budget.

Information you will be asked to provide:

  • Your client’s email address

  • Your client’s employer or Wellbeing Hub

  • Your own email address

  • Optional additional information explaining why your client would benefit from more credits
