When should you use this form?
Use this form when you notice that your client has very few or no remaining Wellbeing Hub credits and would benefit from continuing their sessions without a break.
What this form is used for?
The form allows you to request that your client’s organisation consider allocating additional credits to the client’s Kara Connect account.
Important privacy information:
This request is handled anonymously.
Kara Connect will not share your client’s name or email address with their organisation.
The organisation will only be informed that one of their employees is working with a professional who has advised that additional credits may be needed.
Why your client’s email address is required?
Your client’s email address is required so credits can be correctly added to their Kara Connect account if the organisation approves the request.
The email address is not shared with the organisation.
What happens after you submit the form?
Kara Connect will review the request and contact the client’s organisation.
If the organisation approves the request, additional credits will be added to the client’s account.
If the organisation is unable to sponsor additional credits, you may still continue sessions with the client by arranging payment directly with them.
Note: Not all organisations are able to provide additional sponsored credits. Approval depends on the organisation’s internal policies and budget.
