Professionals: How do I schedule a booking during a session with a client?

Our in-call booking feature makes it easy for you to schedule a future booking during a session with your client.

To schedule a booking with your client during a session, take the following steps:

1. During the session with your client, go to the bottom-right of the screen and click the calendar icon in the toolbar.

2. Choose the service & session types, the date and the start & end times for the session.

3.  Click Schedule a session.

Your session is now confirmed and your client will receive the booking confirmation email within a few minutes.

Tip: ask your client to check their junk/spam folder if the email has not arrived in their main email inbox within 5 minutes of the session being booked.
