We’ve made accessing and managing notes easier. Here’s what you can now do:

Easier Access to Notes: You no longer need to expand individual activities in a client’s timeline. Simply switch to the Notes tab, and you’ll see all notes listed in a clear, historical order, making it quicker to find what you need.

Pin Important Notes: For those crucial notes, you now have the option to pin them to the top of the list, ensuring they’re always easy to find when reviewing a client’s profile.

Add Notes Not Linked to Sessions: You can now add notes that aren’t tied to any specific session, giving you the flexibility to add important information to a client’s profile at any time, no matter where you are in the workflow.
2. A Fresh New Look
In addition to these functional updates, we’ve also rebranded the entire Professional Workstation. You’ll now enjoy a refreshed, modern design that makes navigating the workstation more intuitive. Whether you’re managing your clients, reviewing notes, or completing tasks, the new look is designed to improve your experience.
