In this article we highlight the main updates released to our wellbeing hubs solutions.

Welcome to your Wellbeing Hub! You may have noticed some exciting visual improvements in your Wellbeing Hub today. Here at Kara Connect, we constantly listen to our customers' feedback and improve our solutions to ensure that you can find the right professional supports at all times. Our priority is delivering the best experience and ensuring that you can focus on what really matters: yourself and your wellbeing.

Remember, taking care of ourselves is not selfish, it's necessary. We hope these and upcoming improvements help you take a step towards improved wellbeing. ❤️

We have made significant visual experiences to our Wellbeing Hubs all aimed to improve the consumer experience. Our aim is to ensure that employees find the right and relevant professionals that may support their wellbeing when using our solution. 

  • Improvements to the landing page of the Wellbeing Hub


  • Developed a “Message to Employees” page so HR Teams or Engagement teams can add relevant information about their wellbeing hub and their wellbeing programme.


  • Increased visibility on “How it works” Page and FAQs


  • New privacy badge highlighting the privacy and the security that Kara offers to employees. Giving the employees a sense of security that their data will never be shared with their employers.


  • Signup to claim your credits button for easy log in and access to the platform


  • Improvements to client dashboard access. Once a user is logged into their account, you will be able to go back and forward between your dashboard and the wellbeing hub.


  • Improved Languages on Professional cards with hovering context over professional languages and more!

Frequently Asked Questions of this release

 

Do I need to create an account again using the "Create an account to claim your credits" button if I already have an account?

No, you don't need to create an account again. This is just to help NEW users of the wellbeing hub with their booking process and journey when using the wellbeing hub.

 

I am a HR Manager or main contact in the account, can I modify the message for employees?

Yes! If you want to change the Message to Employees section, please contact your Customer Success Manager by emailing us at support@karaconnect.com , the chat bubble at the bottom of your wellbeing hub or directly emailing your CSM.

 

How can I log into my account (I already have an account and have had sessions with professionals)

1- You can simply click here to log into your account

Or

2- You can go to the professional of your choice click view profile, Select the time and date, Click Book a session button, you will be prompt to create an account, instead of Creating an account click under "Already have an account? Sign in Here" button.

Then you will be able to log in.

Why there is no Log in Button in the hub?

We are working to add this functionality very soon. Right now if you are logged into your client dashboard you will see at the top of the menu a "My dashboard" Button that will enable to go back and forward between your dashboard and your wellbeing hub.
