Welcome to your Wellbeing Hub! You may have noticed some exciting visual improvements in your Wellbeing Hub today. Here at Kara Connect, we constantly listen to our customers' feedback and improve our solutions to ensure that you can find the right professional supports at all times. Our priority is delivering the best experience and ensuring that you can focus on what really matters: yourself and your wellbeing.

Remember, taking care of ourselves is not selfish, it's necessary. We hope these and upcoming improvements help you take a step towards improved wellbeing. ❤️

Sidebar Navigation Feature

We appreciate your feedback and have listened to your concerns! We recognise that our previous wellbeing hubs were not efficient enough to let your employees easily claim their sponsored credits, access their dashboards, or log in from the same screen. Now, that has changed! You can perform all these tasks from one place - your Wellbeing Hub.

Our brand new Sidebar Navigation feature allows users to access to the following pages: 

  • Notifications - Notifications are an important feature that allows the Kara Connect team to effectively communicate information, session reminders and latest updates with our clients.Screenshot 2024-04-12 at 10.26.14
  • My Dashboard - Instant access to the dashboard allows users to see their agenda showing all their sessions and any professionals they have had sessions with.

  • My Wellbeing Hub - Now Kara Connect users can access their Wellbeing Hubs and book a session with a professional directly from their Dashboards, without any additional links needed!

  • Payments - Payments tab provides easy access to the billing and card information.

  • My Profile - My Profile allows users to edit their personal information such as name, date of birth, phone number, email address, as well as their preferred language and their timezone.

  • Help Center - Help Center provides access to our Knowledge Library with articles about the platform's features and useful information for our clients.

Create an account to claim your credits

A “Create an account to claim your credits” button was added to your company's Wellbeing Hub page. Before this feature was implemented, the only way to create an account was by booking a session with a professional. Now your employees have an option to create their account without being required to book a session, which makes the whole onboarding process smoother and less intimidating.

Improved Languages and Locations

We've improved the language and region support for our Wellbeing Hub users by adding the ability to hover over language flags to display the language name, as well as by displaying professionals’ locations on their profile preview.

Coming Soon: Professional Filtering

We have some exciting new features scheduled for implementation soon! One of them is the ability to filter professionals based on their areas of expertise, languages, locations and their session type (online and in place) to help our users find the exact professional they’ve been looking for!
