Clients: How to add your personal details to your client Kara Connect account

This article shows the easy steps that you can take to add details including your phone number, DOB and email address to your client Kara Connect account.

To make your client experience using Kara Connect as easy as possible, we recommend that you take 2-3 minutes to add your personal details to your account. By doing this, it will help to create a seamless communication flow between you and your professional.

 

To add your personal details to your client Kara Connect account, take the following steps:

1. In your client Kara Connect account, click your name in the top-right of the account and then click Edit profile information.

2. Under General information, you can add the following details:
- Your name

- Date of Birth

- Phone number

- Email address

- Home address

- Set your Default language

- Set your timezone (see here for more details on setting your timezone)

3. Once you have completed adding the relevant details, click Save

Note: If you would like to, you can also add a profile picture to your account by clicking Edit profile picture in the top-left of the page.
