Clients: Where can I find and download receipts or invoices for my sessions?

This article explains where to find receipts or invoices relating to your previous sessions with professionals through Kara Connect.

 

Please note: If you have questions regarding a session that you had with a professional, please contact the professional directly by following these steps.

How to find receipts and invoices for your sessions

1. Please log in to your client Kara Connect account using your email address and password.

2.  Click Payments.

- You will find the information relating to your past sessions here.

- You can use the Filter by state button to select the sessions which are already Paid and the sessions which are Unpaid.

3. To view details pertaining to a specific session, click View details on the right-hand side of the relevant session, as per the GIF below.

4. If you would like to save the invoice as a PDF or print it, please click View details and then Print on the screen which pops up.

You can then choose to save it as a PDF or print it.

Adding your credit card to your client Kara Connect account

It is highly recommended that you add your credit card to your client Kara Connect account in order to automatically complete payment to your professional after completing a session. To do so, please follow these steps.
