If you want to block your calendar for times when you're out of office or on holidays, please follow the steps below.
1. In your Kara Connect workstation, go to the top of the page and click Create event.
2. In the pop-up, click Block time: enter the title (optional), start date and the times that you would like to mark yourself as unavailable.
3. Click Repetitions.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE WHEN USING REPETITIONS
Please exercise caution when setting up repetitions. If you mistakenly select the wrong end date, you may unintentionally block off more weeks, days, or even years. If you find yourself in this situation, the only way to correct it is by reaching out to our support team, which may take a couple of weeks to resolve, or manually removing the unintended blocks.
4. Click the days that you'll be unavailable and then select how long you would like to repeat this unavailability for.
5. Select the date that you would like the Block to end on and click Save.
After you have clicked Save, you can navigate to the date/s that you selected to make yourself unavailable and see them, as per the image below!

Now you can click on the time slot when you want your time block to begin and then drag it down until the end of the time block
You can also use this method to create sessions.
How to remove Blocks
To remove any blocks you created. You can simply:
- Go to the blocked time and date
- Click on it
- Click Delete
This will remove the block. Please note that if you need to remove multiple blocks you will need to do it one by one right now.

Please note: If you have enabled the integration with Google Calendar, now your blocks will show in your Google Calendar. Just note that currently this integration is applying one way -> From Kara Connect to Google and not the other way around.
