To ensure a smooth booking process, it's vital that you have your timezone set correctly within your professional Kara Connect account.
Please note: In order to avoid confusion in booking times for all parties, it's vital that both you as a professional and your clients have the correct timezone set in your respective profiles. Your clients can easily adjust their timezones by following these instructions.
To edit your timezone in your professional Kara Connect account, take the following steps:
1. In your professional Kara Connect account, click Settings in the top-right.
2. On the left-hand side, click Calendar and availability.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the pencil icon beside Timezone.
4. Select your timezone and click Save.
