Wellbeing Hub: Stage 3- Driving employee engagement with your new Hub!

Here is a list of best practices that will help you drive your Wellbeing Hub engagement with your employees and make the most of this amazing benefit!

We understand that you are committed to providing the best health and wellness opportunities for your employees. As a part of our commitment to help you achieve this goal, we would like to give you some additional "best practices" to promote your Wellbeing Hub. 

  • Share your Wellbeing Hub URL (below) with your employees via email. We created this template that you can simply copy, paste and send to all your employees via email.
  • Share these FAQs with your employees.
  • Make sure your employees understand and are aware that this service is fully confidential and no one in management of HR will have information that relate to their sessions or bookings with professionals in your Wellbeing Hub.
  • Mention to your new hires during their onboarding or new candidates about this new Employee Benefits you are offering.
  • Coach your team managers so they understand that they can point out to employees that are struggling to use the Wellbeing Hub and find the professional help they need.
  • Add  your Wellbeing Hub "url' in your Intranet for easy employee access.
  • Create a "slack / team communication tool" channel for your new Wellbeing Hub, where your employees can easily find the URL to access it.
  • During Wellness Months or Events, your Wellbeing Hub is a great addition to this conversation!
  • Webinars: Here you can find upcoming webinars and on-demand- You can share these with your staff at all times!
  • Encourage your employees to find the right professional help at all times.
  • Follow us on LinkedIn where we constantly post news, information, events, webinars and more that you can use as content to share with your employees and add awareness about their Wellbeing Hub!
