This article explains what to do in the event where you have run out of sponsored credits and want to continue using your Wellbeing Hub.
It is great that you are booking sessions with the excellent professionals in your Wellbeing Hub; you are prioritising your health and hopefully getting the right support you need for your Wellbeing 😊
If you have used all of the sponsored credits which your employer provided, don't worry; you can continue using your Wellbeing Hub!
After using all of your sponsored credits, you can continue booking sessions with the professionals in the Hub at your own expense.
There are a few options available to you in this respect:
- You can follow the normal booking process through your Wellbeing Hub, or
- You can ask your preferred professional to schedule the session for you.
In both cases, you will be responsible for arranging payment directly with your professional.
After you confirm your appointment, you will receive an invoice. This invoice will take you to your payment page - and that's it! Your Wellbeing journey continues.
Steps to book your next session:
1. Log in to your Kara Connect Dashboard here.
2. You can see your professional connections under My connections in your dashboard.
3. When you have found the professional with whom you would like to book, click Book session under their picture.
You can also go to your Wellbeing Hub by clicking Go to Hub under My Wellbeing Hub in the bottom of your dashboard.
4. After the session, you can arrange payment options with your professional directly. All payments will appear in the payments section of your client account, which you can access by clicking the Payments button on the left-hand menu, as per the GIF below.
