Wellbeing Hub Clients: I ran out of sponsored credits. How can I continue using my Wellbeing Hub?

This article explains what to do in the event where you have run out of credits and want to continue using your Wellbeing Hub.

It is great to hear that you are making good use of your Wellbeing Hub. You are prioritising your health and hopefully getting the right support you need for your Wellbeing. 

Your Company Sponsored Credits have been depleted or are almost fully depleted - but don't worry, you can continue using your Wellbeing Hub!

 

To continue your wellbeing journey, you have two options.

  • You can either book on the Wellbeing Hub, or
  • You can ask your preferred professional to schedule it for you.

In both cases, you will be responsible for arranging payment directly with your professional.

After you confirm your appointment, you will receive an invoice. This invoice will take you to your payment page - and that's it! Your wellness journey continues.

Steps to book your next session:

1. Log in to your Kara Connect Dashboard here.

2. You can see your professional connections on the left menu and use your professional's email address to book directly.

3. You can find more professionals or professionals with whom you have already connected in your Wellbeing Hub by clicking "Find Professionals" and make a new booking.

4. After the session, you can arrange payment options with your professional directly. All payments will appear in the top menu of your client account, under "Payments".
