Understanding and Using Kara Connect's Content Hub as an employee or user of our Wellbeing Hubs programme

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Kara Connect's Content Hub - a game-changing resource designed to support your employees' wellbeing. This innovative platform provides access to professionally created content, including articles, videos, and on-demand wellbeing events that we run throughout the year.

With the introduction of the Content Hub, our partnership with you has expanded significantly. Your team now has three powerful ways to enhance their wellbeing:

  • Your Wellbeing Hub: Direct, real-time access to professional support without complex forms or triaging processes. This covers a wide range of areas including mental health, physical wellbeing, career development, relationships, family matters, and financial wellness.
  • Content Hub: A comprehensive library of content created by our professional partners, allowing employees to tap into expert knowledge and resources at their convenience.
  • Wellbeing Events and Webinars: Live quarterly scheduled sessions, led by industry experts, covering a wide range of topics from stress management to work-life balance. These interactive events provide opportunities for real-time learning and Q&A sessions with professionals. Learn more here.

 

What is the Content Hub?

The Content Hub is a new feature within your Kara Connect Wellbeing Hub. It's a comprehensive library of expert-created content designed to support your wellbeing.

What can I find in the Content Hub?

The Content Hub provides access to professionally created content, including:

  • Articles
  • Videos
  • On-demand wellbeing events

How to access the Content Hub:

  1. Go to your company Wellbeing Hub url and Log in to your account. 
    1. If you don't have an account please create an account first. Check this article to learn how to create an account.
  2. Look for the Content Hub icon on the left-hand side of your screen. It looks like a bulb icon.
  3. Click on the icon to enter the Content Hub

When to use the Content Hub:

  • When you want to learn at your own pace about various wellbeing topics
  • If you're looking for information on specific areas such as mental health, physical wellbeing, career development, relationships, family matters, or financial wellness
  • When you want to supplement the direct support you receive through the Wellbeing Hub

Benefits of using the Content Hub:

  • Access a wealth of knowledge and resources whenever you need them
  • Learn from industry experts on a wide range of wellbeing topics
  • Complement the direct support you receive through the Wellbeing Hub

Tips for using the Content Hub effectively:

  • Explore different topics that interest you or relate to your current wellbeing needs
  • Take your time to absorb the information at your own pace
  • If an article resonates with you, check if the professional who created it is available for direct sessions through your Wellbeing Hub
