Professionals: Activities Section

This article will explain how to filter, manage, export and find your activities in your Kara Connect Workstation to easily find sessions "Planned, In Progress, Done, or Cancelled"

Activities Tab

When it comes to finding out all the bookings and sessions that you or your team (if you are using Kara Connect with multiple professionals) have received or delivered, there is now an easy and powerful way to do it in one single place!

Bookings & Sessions Stages / States

Each activity falls under different states or stages, which include:

  • Planned: These are bookings that are in your Kara Connect calendar but scheduled to take place in the future. To learn more about how to create a session, you can click here.
  • In Progress: These are bookings that are in your Kara Connect calendar and are currently ongoing (the session is in progress or happening on the same day). To learn more about how to join a session, click here.
  • Done: These are bookings that are in your Kara Connect calendar and have been completed and marked as "Done". The call or in-place session has been marked as completed. To learn more about how to complete a session, click here.
  • Cancelled: These are bookings that are in your Kara Connect calendar but have been cancelled (marked as cancelled). To learn more about how to cancel a session, click here.

Session Types

  • Video Sessions: These are sessions that have taken place or are taking place online via our secure Peer to Peer encrypted video and audio system.
  • Online Sessions: These are sessions that have taken place or are taking place on-site.

Filtering Activities

First, go to your Kara Connect workstation and log in using your credentials.

Once logged in, go to the tab called "Activities".

Here, you will find all the information about the bookings and sessions that you and/or your team have had.

To filter and find the right activities (bookings or sessions) in different stages, you can click on the "Filter Button".

In this filter, you will be able to select and filter by:

  • Booking/Session state
  • Session types
  • Services
  • Professional who has the session or booking
  • Client (specific client)
  • Date Range

Other Actions You Can Take in the Activities Tab

In addition, you can click the three dots next to each record's state and:

  • State Planned Sessions
    • Mark as done: This will complete the session. (Please note that the payment for that session may not be completed. To check your payment status, go to the payments tab. For more information, click here)
    • Mark as cancelled: You can cancel a session and select a reason for tracking purposes. (Please note that you can also delete the session information, but we only recommend doing this if it was an error, as the record will no longer be visible)

  • State Done
    • View Details: This will show you the details, notes, and information about that session.
