Professionals: How to install, edit and use Kara Connect integrations such as SMS, Kara Pay, Client Consent and more.

This article will show you how to enable various integrations directly from your Kara Connect Professional workstation.

Within your Workstation you can go to the right hand corner, click on your name, go to Settings > Integrations (left menu).


We recommend installing some of these integrations as it will help you optimise and streamline your practice. Wether you are using Kara Connect under our Wellbeing Hubs programme, for your own client and practice management or both, these integration will remove a lot of your administration burden.

How to install and use integrations

  1. Log into your Kara Connect Workstation here.
  2. Click on the top right corner where your name is.
  3. Go to Settings
  4. On the left menu click on "Integrations"
  5. You will see Integrations "In USE" and Integrations "Available"
    1. In Use: These are integration that are already connected to your workstation, you may use them or edit them according to your needs.
    2. Available: these are integrations that are available to be added and connected.

6. Any integrations under "Available" are ready to be added by hovering over the integration, clicking the +Add button that will appear.

7. Once Added you can see them in the "In use" section, and you can edit and configure them accordingly.

 

 

Recommended Integrations

  1. SMS Reminders 

    By enabling this feature, your workstation can automatically send SMS reminders to your clients. Please ensure that your clients have verified phone numbers in your workstation to receive these reminders.

  2. Client Consent
    These terms and conditions are what clients must agree to before using your service. It is crucial, from a GDPR standpoint, to have your own terms in your workstation so that clients are aware of and understand the expectations and guidelines of your practice.
  3. Kara Pay
    Accept payments directly through your workstation, making it easier to collect payments from your clients in one convenient location. Keep in mind that you will need to establish company registration records to utilise this integration.
  4. Other Payment Methods
    If you already have payment systems like a terminal, point of sale, Revolut, or cash in place to collect client payments, you can easily enable integrations to mark your sessions as completed using different payment methods. No worries, we've got you covered for seamless payment processing!
