Wellbeing Hubs for Professionals: Setting up your profile in Wellbeing Hubs to enable clients to find you.

Here we will show you the specific settings you need to have in order for clients when filtering their search are enabled to find your services and profile.

Having accurate and comprehensive information in your profile is crucial to increase visibility to potential clients. This will help them easily find your skills and background, ultimately leading to better opportunities for both you and the clients to thrive.

There are a few simple configurations you need to set up in the system. In this article we will explain those related specifically to Filtering and Buckets.

Upon accessing their Wellbeing Hubs, users will encounter a diverse array of professionals including various specialties, skills, languages, and services. Users can either browse through the list to find the right professional or utilise the "Filters" feature for a more specific search.

Buckets Filter (What you are looking for)


Employees can select multiple buckets or categories among, Mental Health, Family and Relationships, Physical, Career, Finance and Legal.

To set this up accordingly and make sure your profile appears on the right category:

  1. Log into your Kara Connect Workstation Here.
  2. Click on the top right corner and go to Settings
  3. Select Professional Information and under Professional details click "Edit"
  4. Under Primary work Categories Select  your categories (We recommend no more that 3 categories).
  5. Click Save

Other Filters (Customise your Search)

Additionally to the Categories filtering, employees have access to customise their search, this include Job title, specialities, languages, location, session types (In Place or Online, Gender and more)
