Wellbeing Hubs: Basic settings to set up your profile and How to preview what your Professional profile looks like before publishing it

This article explains how to see what your profile looks like to clients before it is published on our Wellbeing Hubs program.

When joining our Wellbeing Hubs programme or before doing so, you should have your profile fully set up and ready. 

While we cannot guarantee when a corporate client will request your services and specialties, and when we can connect your services to a wellbeing hub (this may take some time as we scale our sales efforts), you should have your profile ready and fully set up.

These are the main setting we recommend having set up in your profile.

Setting up the Basics

1. Sign into your Kara Connect Account and make sure your profile is correctly set up to get the best chance to get bookings / sessions.

4. Create the perfect description of your services, highlight your education and experience and your languages. For more information click here.

How to preview what your Professional profile looks like before publishing it

1. Go to Settings in the top-right of your professional Kara Connect account.

2. On the left-hand side, click Professional information.

3. Click Profile preview.

This will show you how to see what your profile will look like to clients who are looking to make bookings with you.

By having a good picture, your specialities listed, and a strong biography, you will increase the likelihood of receiving client bookings.
