Here we describe the steps you need to take to add your services and your profile to one of our Wellbeing Hubs.
Congratulations! You are ready to go live in one of our Wellbeing Hubs / Corporate Marketplaces!
Before we start, you need to make sure your profile and account is fully set up. Here is all you need to know to get ready. If you have been using Kara Connect you might have all the information you need, but review the list before to ensure you are not missing anything to get ready.
Please note that before joining a Wellbeing Hub one of our Kara Connect Customer Success Managers will be in touch to formally invite you to join a Hub.

Setting up the Basics
- Sign into your Kara Connect Account and make sure your profile is correctly set up to get the best chance to get bookings / sessions.
Set up your Location: Provide your location details. Even if you exclusively offer online services, users can filter by country to locate you. If your services are solely remote/online, we will not display your precise location, only the country where you are located. For more information click here.
Specialities & Job Title Set up
- Make sure your specialities have been set up. For more information click here.
Inform users about how they can contact you and spark their interest by selecting a job title that accurately reflects the services you offer.. For more information click here.
Primary Work Category Set up
- Make sure clients can find you when using filters and categories. For more information click here.
Profile Photo Set up
- Make sure your profile photo has been set up. For more information click here.
Profile Description Set up
- Create the perfect description of your services, highlight your education and experience. For more information click here.
Job Title Set up
- Inform users about how they can contact you and spark their interest by selecting a job title that accurately reflects the services you offer.. For more information click here.
Client Consent Set up
- It is important that you have your terms and the privacy policy guidelines in compliance with GDPR regulations. For more information click here.
Services Set Up
- Make sure to set up services available for clients to book with you. We recommend having a couple of services in place according to your specialisations. Click here to read more
