There are times your Professional want or require to collect some additional information from you in advance of a session. In this instance if you do not complete your requirements during the registration, you need to complete them upon joining your first session.

If you are missing any details you may get an email reminder for you to update the information that is requested by your professional.
Email Template (the reminder may look like this):
Subject: Please complete your missing registration requirements
Hi name,
We noticed that you have not yet completed the client registration requirements that your professional has asked you to provide in advance of your session.
To ensure that you can access your session on-time, please complete the registration requirements requested by your professional here. (this will be a link that will take you directly to update your details)
Please note: You will be unable to begin the session with your professional if you have not completed the registration requirements, so we advise you to complete them as soon as possible.

In this instance you are most likely missing one or various client registration reminders that your Professional is requesting for you upon starting the session.
The current available requirements are:
- Address
- Phone
- Gender
- Social Security Number - This requirement may be more relevant to professionals in Iceland, as the Social Security Number is a 10-digit number. If you are located outside of Iceland and do not actually need this information from your clients, we recommend not making it a mandatory requirement to access or join your services.
- Date of Birth
- Country
- Personal Message/ Reason for Booking
- Preferred Method of Interaction (On-site or Remote)
- Client needs to have a registered Credit Card (Only works if your professional has enable Kara Pay)
How to update your Client Registration Requirements prior to your session
You have two options to update these.
1- Clicking on the link you have received in the email reminder: Check your email reminder and follow the instructions.
2- Directly from your Client Dashboard: Log into your dashboard and keep reading below.
Steps to update your registration requirements clicking on the link you have received in the email reminder
- Locate the reminder you received
- Click on the link of that reminder email you received titled "Please complete your missing registration requirements"
- Log into your client dashboard using your email and password credentials
- Fill out the information required accordingly and click "Confirm" when done.
Steps to update the client registration in your Client Dashboard.
- Go and access your Client Dashboard using your credential: Here
- Go under Notifications (You will see a bell with an alert)
- Click "Complete Requirements"
- Fill out the required requirements your professional is requesting prior to your session by simply typing the information on the boxes. (Note it depends on the professional settings the requirements they request prior to the session
- Once completed click Confirm: This will now enable you to start and join your session directly from your dashboard.
