Welcome to your Wellbeing Hub! ❤️ We're excited to have you onboard. This guide will help you get started with the platform and understand how powerful and secure it is.

Getting Started

To access your Wellbeing Hub, simply log in with your account details.

If you're a first-time user, you will need to create an account. Once you're logged in, you'll have access to professionals of various specialities that we tailored on the platform for you to access.

On our Wellbeing Hubs, we take security very seriously. All personal information you provide is encrypted and securely stored. We use industry-standard security protocols and ensure that all your data is protected and we are strongly focused on Data Protection and GDPR regulations.

The Wellbeing Hub is also a powerful platform that provides you with a range of tools and resources to help you improve your overall wellbeing. From mental health, family and relationships, physical, financial and career, we've got you covered.

We understand the importance of privacy and will never share any personal information with your company. All your information is kept confidential and is only accessible to you.

Video meetings in Kara use a peer-2-peer connection between participants. The peer-2-peer connection is encrypted using a DTLS/SRTP connection; this means that media is encrypted only at the sender and can only be decrypted at the receiver.

Security is a priority at Kara. To keep Kara as secure as it can be, we regularly go through a security audit in which a security company conducts a thorough review of Kara and ensures that Kara is up-to-date in all security-related matters.
